Conrad Consulting is working with a leading construction and project consultancy to recruit an experienced Senior Associate Commercial Manager to take a commercial lead role on a major energy project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional with extensive EPC contract administration experience and a strong understanding of FIDIC contracts.

• Take the commercial lead in administering an EPC contract on behalf of the client.
• Manage contractual and commercial obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide commercial advice and guidance on contractual matters.
• Monitor contractual performance, risks and commercial exposure.
• Manage contract changes, claims and commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure effective commercial governance.
• Support the successful commercial delivery of a major energy project.

• Extensive experience in a senior commercial management position.
• Strong EPC contract administration experience.
• Essential experience working with FIDIC forms of contract.
• Experience with the FIDIC Silver Book would be particularly advantageous.
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in energy, infrastructure or major capital projects.

• Salary of £95,000–£110,000.
• Hybrid working arrangements.
• London-based position.
• Occasional travel to sites in Kent and Germany.
• Opportunity to lead the commercial management of a major energy project.
