• Are you frustrated by having to jump through hoops to get developments off the ground?
• Join a privately owned business with the ability to invest and make things happen

Are you a Senior Development Surveyor, Development Surveyor, Property Development Surveyor, Development Manager or commercially focused Property Surveyor looking for a role where you can genuinely influence and deliver commercial development projects?

Perhaps you're frustrated with your current environment – projects constantly being delayed, investment decisions taking months, or having to jump through endless corporate hoops before you can actually get something moving.

Senior Development Surveyor jobs role with a privately owned, commercially driven property development business with the ability to invest, acquire and develop. This is a business where decisions can be made and schemes can move forward. The role will play a central part in progressing commercial development opportunities from acquisition through to delivery

The successful candidate will bring strong development expertise, commercial awareness and financial acumen, together with the ability to coordinate and drive multidisciplinary teams to keep schemes moving.

The Senior Development Surveyor jobs role, opportunities and rewards:

• Join an established and successful privately owned property development business
• Work on substantial commercial development schemes
• Genuine involvement from acquisition through planning and development to delivery
• A business with the financial capability and appetite to invest in new opportunities
• A commercially driven environment where decisions can be made quickly
• Opportunity to make a genuine impact rather than becoming another cog in a large corporate machine
• Strong potential for career progression as the business continues to grow

This Senior Development Surveyor jobs role will suit:

• A Senior Development Surveyor, Development Surveyor, Property Development Surveyor or Development Manager with strong commercial property development experience
• Someone who understands the full development lifecycle and is comfortable taking ownership of schemes
• A commercially astute surveyor with strong financial understanding and the ability to assess and maximise development opportunities
• Someone who enjoys working across multiple disciplines and getting projects moving
• Perhaps you're currently working for a large corporate, developer or consultancy and are increasingly frustrated by bureaucracy, slow decision-making or a lack of ability to invest and progress schemes
• A surveyor with an entrepreneurial, proactive and commercially minded approach who wants to see the results of their work

This Senior Development Surveyor role is based near Derby / Nottingham / East Midlands with hybrid working. Easily commutable from Derby, Nottingham, Uttoxeter, Burton-on-Trent, Chesterfield, Leicester and surrounding areas.
