Job description

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Midlands | Up to £90,000 + Package

We're supporting a leading Midlands-based main contractor in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

This is a business with a genuinely strong reputation in the region — built on repeat business with loyal regional clients, a varied project portfolio, and a track record that speaks for itself. But what really sets them apart is how they look after their people: excellent staff retention, real investment in training and development, and a clear path for career progression.

What's on offer:
✅ Salary up to £90,000 + package
✅ Varied project pipeline across the Midlands
✅ A stable, people-first business with low staff turnover
✅ Genuine opportunities for career progression
✅ A collaborative, supportive team culture

What we're looking for:
🔹 Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS with a main contractor
🔹 Strong commercial and contractual awareness
🔹 A track record of managing projects from pre-construction through to final account
🔹 Midlands-based or open to commuting within the region

If you're an ambitious QS looking for long-term stability with a business that will invest in your future, this could be the move for you.
