Interim Senior HR Advisor - Restructure & Redundancy Project
Day rate: £175
East Midlands - Multi-site travel across UK
Immediate start

SF is urgently exclusively recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to support a business through an upcoming restructure and redundancy project. This is a hands-on interim assignment, supporting and managing individual redundancy consultations across multiple sites. We need someone who has direct experience of this process and can hit the ground running with minimal guidance.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing individual redundancy consultation meetings.
- Preparing documentation, taking notes and coordinating the consultation process.
- Advising and supporting managers throughout the restructure.
- Ensuring processes are managed fairly and in line with employment legislation.

What we're looking for:
- Strong Senior HR Advisor experience with direct restructuring and redundancy exposure.
- Confidence managing consultation processes independently.
- Strong UK employment law knowledge.
- Flexibility to travel across multiple sites
- Immediate/short term availability
