  • Lead and support Project Managers and senior project teams, establishing clear KPIs, expectations and accountability.
  • Ensure projects are correctly structured, resourced and mobilised, identifying recruitment and skills requirements as the portfolio develops.
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with key clients and act as an escalation point for significant project or commercial matters.
  • Review project programmes, lookaheads, progress and performance, ensuring risks, delays and recovery requirements are identified early.
  • Oversee project audits, EHS performance, quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.

  • Support contract reviews, tendering, scope development and procurement strategy across new and existing projects.
  • Ensure change management is effectively controlled across cost and programme.
  • Oversee client and subcontractor contractual matters and support the resolution of commercial or operational disputes.
  • Drive consistent implementation of company procedures, project controls and management systems.
  • Develop client relationships and identify opportunities to improve project performance and future business.
  • Maintain visibility of the wider project pipeline and contribute to Business Unit growth strategy.
  • Develop and mentor Project Managers, engineers and management personnel, creating a high-performing and accountable team.
  • Ensure appropriate training, professional development and succession planning are in place across the Business Unit.
  • Promote a strong Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental culture across all projects.
  • Work closely with senior management and head-office functions to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
  • Operate across multiple European jurisdictions, travelling regularly to projects and client locations.
  • Represent the Business Unit at senior internal, client and commercial meetings.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years' experience managing multiple large-scale COMMS, Data Centre, Mission Critical or similar projects at senior level.
  • Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction, Commercial Management or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience leading multiple projects across different regions or jurisdictions.
  • Strong commercial, contractual and operational understanding.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Ireland and Europe.
