Salary: £45,000 OTE (£30k base + uncapped commission)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri) + Fortnightly Saturday Morning (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM) with 1 Full Day Time Off in Lieu

They are seeking a highly motivated, sales-focused Senior Protection Advisor to manage and convert a high volume of warm, pre-qualified client leads. Specific life insurance experience is not required; our client is looking for individuals with proven sales experience, a real sales hunger, and a strong drive to earn well. This dynamic role focuses on delivering high-quality advisory services, building trust with clients, and structuring bespoke protection packages. You will benefit from a comprehensive 8-day initial training program, as well as ongoing 1-on-1 support from a dedicated line manager and a coach to ensure your continued success.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, sales-driven, and highly commercial. To succeed in this role, you will recognize that top earnings come from accommodating client availability, meaning a willingness to conduct evening appointments is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough fact-finds and needs analyses to structure tailored protection portfolios for individual and business clients.
• Convert 100% warm, pre-screened client leads provided directly to you (no cold calling or self-sourcing required).
• Advise across a broad product suite including Life Cover, Critical Illness, Income Protection, and Business Protection.
• Manage client relationships and pipeline proactively through to policy completion and underwriting.
• Maintain strict compliance with FCA guidelines, meeting high standards of advice suitability and customer outcome.
• Be flexible with working hours, including evening client calls, to maximize client engagement and hitting target commission.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven track record in a sales role with a clear history of achieving and exceeding targets (Life insurance experience is not essential).
• Strong sales hunger, self-motivation, and a high drive to earn well under an uncapped commission scheme.
• Excellent communication, rapport-building, and active listening skills over the phone.
• Flexibility to manage evening appointments when required to accommodate client schedules.
• A proactive, positive mindset with the ambition to learn and grow within the financial sector.
