Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering

Location: Birmingham / West Midlands

Salary guide: £60,000-£75,000

Job Type: Permanent

Fawkes & Reece are keen to speak with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors with a proven background in civil engineering and infrastructure.

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience across highways, heavy civils, earthworks, utilities and major infrastructure projects.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' quantity surveying experience within civil engineering.

• Proven experience managing commercial aspects of substantial projects.

• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts.

• Experience with cost reporting, CVRs, valuations and variations.

• Confident managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts.

• Ability to work independently alongside site delivery teams.

We are looking for commercially strong individuals who have taken responsibility for significant civil engineering packages or projects.
