Customer Experience Host

Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

The Opportunity

This is a genuinely one-of-a-kind role with a market leader in the kitchen and furniture industry. As Customer Experience Host, you'll be the face of the business, making sure every client who walks through the doors leaves with a great impression of the brand.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hosting and guiding clients on tours of the showroom
• Entertaining clients and building lasting relationships
• Delivering presentations and product demonstrations
• Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
• Handling the admin behind the scenes, from booking client hotels and travel to coordinating visits
