Job Summary

Redrock Recruitment are looking to source a Experienced N0 1 Site Manager who has a proven track record as a site lead from inception to completion. Our client builds mega homes for high net worth clients. these projects are not standard out of the box footprints they push the boundaries are bespoke with top quality finishes..Our Manager will be experienced with delivering Luxury Residential. strong knowledge of  Groundworks,RC/steel/timber structure,envelope, roofing/glazing,,first fix, complex M&E, specialist joinery/stonework, luxury finishes, landscaping/external works,  commissioning, snagging, handover.

This is a great opportunity to join a new mega home build that has just recently broken ground. the ideal candidate would be able to commute daily to the project accommodation is an option for the right canddiate

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of residential construction sites from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop detailed project schedules
  • Manage on-site teams by supervising subcontractors, labor crews, and suppliers to ensure safety standards and quality expectations are met.
  • Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and progress; address any deviations or deficiencies proactively.
  • Prepare progress reports, update project documentation, and support project meetings with accurate data and insights.
  • Control procurement processes by coordinating material deliveries and managing inventory levels efficiently.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts on-site by assessing challenges quickly and implementing effective solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages safety awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in residential construction projects with a strong supervisory background.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise diverse teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in project documentation and reporting.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or related fields are preferred.
