An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established and highly successful residential housebuilder delivering quality new homes across the region.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential housing development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to completion.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor build programmes and drive progress to achieve project milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Manage site documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with senior management and the wider project team to ensure successful project delivery.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential housebuilding sector.
• Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and current building regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• The ability to manage multiple trades and activities simultaneously.
• A commitment to delivering quality homes safely and efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• CSCS Manager Card
• First Aid at Work Certificate
• Full UK Driving Licence
