Job Description:

Site Manager Required – Industrial Refurbishment  - Leicestershire – Up to £325 Per Day – Immediate Start

I am recruiting for the market leader within the Industrial/logistics sector who are looking to assign a Site/Project Manager on a scheme running for 6 months.

The Project

• 500,000 ft2 Warehouse – 2 Units

Main Scope of works

• Racking and storage         Pallet racking, shelving, protection, load notices
• MHE and charging            Charger supplies, parking, barriers, ventilation
• Mechanical services        HVAC, ventilation, water, drainage, BMS
• Electrical services            Power, lighting, containment, testing
• Fire systems                       Fire alarm, sprinklers, emergency lighting, fire stopping
• Offices/welfare                 CAT A B Fitout Partitions, ceilings, finishes,
• Chilled/frozen areas        Insulated panels, refrigeration, doors, temperature monitoring

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• Experience across large scale Industrial Refurbishment
• Local to site (50 Miles)
