Site Manager Required – Commercial Refurbishment Project

Due to an increase in workload, we are looking for an experienced

Site Manager to join our team on a major commercial refurbishment project.
We are currently halfway through the refurbishment of an office building, where the existing roof has been removed and is being replaced with a new roofing system. As the project progresses, the next phase includes installing new suspended ceilings throughout the building, followed by internal electrical and mechanical works to complete the refurbishment.
We're entering the final stages of the project and are looking for a motivated Site Manager to oversee the remaining works, coordinate subcontractors, maintain programme deadlines, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and site management.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality.
• Liaise with the client, project team, and supply chain.
• Monitor progress and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Ensure all work is delivered in line with project specifications and company procedures.

Essential Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• Level 3 First Aid
• Working at Heights certification
• Asbestos Awareness
• Manual Handling

Desirable

• Fire Marshal qualification

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction or refurbishment projects.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and health and safety.
• Committed to delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
