Job Description:

Temporary Site Manager - Leicester & Warwick

Locations: Two sites in Leicester and one site in Warwick
Rate: £250 per day
Contract: Temporary - 12 weeks
Travel: Own vehicle required

Think Recruitment are working with a leading construction and refurbishment contractor, and we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee school refurbishment works across three sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for two sites in Leicester and one in Warwick, so regular travel between locations will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across all three sites.

• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works remain on programme.

• Oversee M&E, refurbishment and general construction works.

• Complete site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings.

• Review RAMS and issue permits where required.

• Monitor quality, progress and site standards.

• Maintain health and safety records and site documentation.

• Liaise with the client, contractors and project team.

• Ensure all works comply with health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• At least four years of Site Manager experience.

• Valid SMSTS qualification.

• Valid First Aid qualification.

• Relevant health and safety qualifications.

• Previous refurbishment experience.

• Experience managing M&E works would be beneficial.

• Strong subcontractor and programme management skills.

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential.

• Ability to travel between Leicester and Warwick.

This is a 12-week temporary contract paying £250 per day.
