Paisley

£28 per hour | Immediate Start | Until Christmas

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for internal refurbishment projects across empty domestic properties in Paisley.

The Role:

• Overseeing contractors, trades and labour on site.

• Managing day-to-day site activities to keep work running smoothly.

• Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met.

• Maintaining a safe, organised and productive working environment.

• Coordinating works to ensure the project stays on track.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager.

• Strong health and safety awareness.

• Ability to manage subcontractors and trades effectively.

• SSSTS or SMSTS

• First Aid

Details:

• Location: Paisley

• Pay Rate: £28 - £29 per hour

• Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday

• Duration: Until Christmas, with the possibility of extending into the new year

• Start Date: ASAP
