Site Manager - Office Refurbishment
Location: Leicester
Start Date: Feb 2027
Duration: 8 weeks
Rate: £280 per day
I'm working with a commercial interiors contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an office refurbishment project in Leicester.
The Role:
Managing the day-to-day site operations and coordinating subcontractors.
Overseeing internal refurbishment works, including partitions, suspended ceilings, flooring and decoration.
Coordinating M&E trades and monitoring installation progress.
Managing programme, quality assurance and health and safety.
Liaising with the client and reporting progress to the project team.
Driving the project through to completion and handover.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience managing commercial office refurbishments or fitouts.
SMSTS.
CSCS card.
First Aid.
Strong subcontractor management and communication skills.
