Job description
Job Title: Site Materials Testing Technician – Heathrow
We are seeking an experienced Site Materials Testing Technician to carry out on-site testing of asphalt, concrete and soil across projects at Heathrow Airport.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site-based materials testing to ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications.

Carry out asphalt testing, including coring, temperature checks and compaction testing.

Perform concrete testing, including slump tests, cube sampling and air content checks.

Undertake soil testing, including in-situ density, compaction and CBR testing.

Complete accurate test reports and maintain quality and health and safety standards.
Requirements:

Previous experience in construction materials testing, particularly asphalt, concrete and soil.

Full UK driving licence.

Ability to work on-site and maintain accurate testing records.
Salary: £17–£20 per hour, depending on experience.
Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided.
