We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Assistant to help bring the Berzerk Active Play brand to life across TikTok and Instagram. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, keeping up with trends, and helping grow a brand's online presence.

What you'll be doing

As our Social Media Assistant, you'll support the growth of Berzerk Active Play's online presence by:

• Creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram
• Identifying and responding to current social media trends
• Supporting the delivery of the social media content plan
• Monitoring and responding to comments and messages across social media channels
• Attending monthly planning meetings with the Marketing Communications Officer
• Producing simple monthly reports on social media performance, engagement and reach
• Helping generate new ideas to grow our audience and increase engagement

We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about social media and content creation
• Creative with an eye for detail
• Confident using TikTok and Instagram
• Enthusiastic, motivated and proactive
• Comfortable communicating with people online
• Open to learning and trying new ideas
• A positive team player who enjoys working with others
• Flexible and willing to travel between Trilogy Active and Berzerk Active Play sites when required
