The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the commercial performance and day-to-day running of the Castleford store.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team

• Driving sales, KPIs, conversion, ATV, UPT and productivity

• Using commercial data to identify opportunities and create clear action plans

• Setting high standards and holding the team accountable for performance

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience

• Managing stock, rotas, compliance and loss prevention

• Leading recruitment, onboarding, coaching and ongoing development

• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation

About You

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager, Retail Manager or senior Assistant Manager with a strong commercial mindset and plenty of personality.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in fashion, sports, lifestyle, footwear, outlet or high-volume retail

• A proven track record of delivering against sales and retail KPIs

• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills

• The confidence to have honest performance conversations and drive accountability

• A hands-on approach and the energy to work in a fast-paced store

• Strong commercial awareness and decision-making skills

• A genuine passion for delivering great customer service

This is a hands-on Store Manager role for someone who wants to be visible, make decisions and drive results.
