Contract: Supply / Full-Time – 5 Days per Week
About the Role
We are currently seeking dedicated, caring and adaptable Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of mainstream and SEN schools in Ealing and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who has a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and other support staff to ensure pupils receive the appropriate support to access learning and participate positively in school life. You will be expected to adapt your approach to meet individual needs and help create a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
The role will involve working across both mainstream and SEN settings, so flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly are essential. You may be required to support pupils with their academic development, communication, social skills, emotional regulation, behaviour and independence.
