Intelligence Recruitment is expanding its team of Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants in Weston-super-Mare and North Somerset.
We are looking for experienced, dependable healthcare workers interested in flexible agency shifts across supported living, residential and specialist support services.

Regular ongoing work for suitable candidates
Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, challenging behaviour or complex needs is particularly useful.
Essential
Previous professional care/support experience
Right to work in the UK
Good communication skills
Reliable attendance
Ability to provide suitable references
Willingness to complete all required compliance checks
Drivers are particularly welcome, although this is not essential for every assignment.
