Children's Residential Care Worker - NG12 - Keyworth, Nottingham
£13.52 – £14.82 per hour + £75 per sleep-in | Permanent | Start ASAP
Essential requirments - Driver essential | RTW in UK (No sponsorship)
No children's residential care experience needed for RCW role – full training provided
Join a therapeutic children’s home in NG12 supporting young people in a 3 bedroom children's home.
You’ll work within a small, supportive team, helping to deliver structured care, daily routines, activities, and emotional support. Duties include implementing care plans, maintaining records, household tasks, safeguarding, and promoting positive behaviour.
We’re looking for compassionate, resilient individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Full induction and training is supplied plus paid for and support with NVQ Level 4 qualification in Children's Residential.
