Support Worker – Full Time

💷 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
🕒 Start Date: Immediate Start Available
📅 Hours: Full Time – Minimum 4 shifts per week

We are currently recruiting Support Workers for a full-time role based in the LE4 area of Leicester, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs within a residential setting.

This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, compassion, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 months UK experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health
• Must be flexible to work both day and night shifts (as allocated by the home)
• Willingness to provide personal care
• Able to start work immediately
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Role Responsibilities

• Supporting residents with daily living activities
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Assisting with emotional and behavioural support
• Working with individuals who may display challenging behaviour
• Promoting independence and wellbeing
• Supporting residents with activities and routines
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
• Following care plans and risk assessments
• Working collaboratively with the wider care team
