Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time

Clarence Recruitment is working with a well-established secondary school in Leicestershire to recruit an enthusiastic and skilled Design & Technology Teacher for the new academic year starting September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a creative and supportive department, delivering engaging Design & Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential to teach Key Stage 5. The successful candidate will inspire students through practical and theoretical learning in areas such as product design, resistant materials, or engineering.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Have experience teaching Design & Technology at secondary level
* Be confident delivering practical and theory-based lessons
* Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Be passionate about creativity, design, and innovation
* Be able to inspire and engage students of all abilities
* Show commitment to raising attainment and student progress
* Be a team player with strong organisational skills
