We are currently recruiting passionate and reliable Teaching Assistants to support schools with long-term, short-term and permanent staffing requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Providing 1:1 support where required
• Supporting pupils with SEND needs
• Helping maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
• Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred
• Experience working within a school environment
• Experience supporting SEND pupils is desirable
• Positive, proactive and engaging attitude
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Ability to commute to schools across Leicester/Leicestershire
• Available from 8:20am onwards
