Teaching Assistant / SEN Teaching Assistant — Retford & Ranskill

Revolve Collective is recruiting Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants interested in primary school opportunities around Retford and Ranskill.

Our school relationships include primary provision in Ranskill. We’d like to hear from candidates who can support classroom learning, whether through general assistance or relevant experience working with additional needs.

You’ll work alongside the teacher to help children understand tasks, take part in activities and develop confidence. This could include reading support, small-group work, preparing resources or reinforcing familiar classroom routines.

Two routes into the classroom

For general TA opportunities, your experience should include:

• Direct work with primary-aged children in a school, childcare or another relevant setting.

• Supporting activities and helping children follow instructions.

• Working with colleagues and communicating clearly.

• An understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries.

For SEN TA assignments, you’ll also need experience supporting children with additional needs, adapting your approach and following agreed support strategies.
