Locations: Loughborough & Coalville
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Primary Teaching Assistants to work within welcoming primary schools across Loughborough and Coalville.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Work with pupils individually and in small groups.
• Help children develop their skills, confidence, and knowledge.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
• Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

• A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, caring, and proactive attitude.
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) are essential.
• Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not required.
