Salary: £22,160.62 per annum (not pro rata)

About the Role
At Miller House School, our Teaching Assistants do far more than support learning. They help transform the lives of young people with additional and complex needs, providing the encouragement, structure and care that enables students to flourish both academically and personally.
You'll work closely with teachers, therapists and other specialists to create meaningful learning experiences, helping students build confidence, develop independence and celebrate achievements that truly matter. Whether supporting learning in the classroom, exploring outdoor activities, or helping a student overcome a challenge, you'll play a key role in their journey.

About Us
Miller House School is a brand-new school located in Stoneygate, Leicester. The school opened in September 2025, has a capacity of 80 students, and offers a co-educational provision for students with complex needs, including SEMH.
Miller House School is a specialist SEMH setting for young people aged 11–16. We are committed to supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, as well as autism and ADHD. Our safe and nurturing environment ensures every child is heard, seen, and supported to thrive.
At Outcomes First Schools, we provide specialist education for learners who need a deeper level of understanding, expertise and support than mainstream education can typically offer. We support students with a wide range of complex, co-occurring and neurodivergent needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and communication needs, dyslexia and experiences of trauma or adversity.
