Advertised salary is inclusive of a base salary of £35,663 plus an annual RRA of £5,000.
Some locations may also be eligible for the London Weighting Allowance of £4,000.

This role sits within the Vehicle Services Quality Centre of Excellence and is responsible for leading quality assurance and standards across vehicle testing operations.

The postholder acts as a subject matter expert (SME), leads a team of Technical Quality and Standards Officers, and works with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement, maintain testing standards, and ensure consistent, high - quality service delivery to customers.

Qualifications

Applicants are required to hold a vocational related qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair at level 3 or IMI ATA registration at diagnostic technician level or IRTEC registration at advanced technician level or Engtech registration.
