Are you approachable, organised, and committed to providing excellent customer service? This is a great opportunity to support the smooth operation of a specialist workspace centre, helping visitors and staff feel welcome and valued.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, notice periods cannot be accommodated.

Temporary Customer Experience Assistant Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

• Greeting visitors and guests, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
• Managing phone and email inquiries with a solutions-focused attitude.
• Opening and closing the centre at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Handling administrative duties such as filing, mail delivery, and recording meeting room bookings.
• Managing keys and access passes for centre users.
• Ensuring shared spaces and reception areas remain tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Monitoring equipment and reporting any issues to maintenance teams promptly.

Temporary Customer Experience Assistant Experience Essentials

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone/email.
• Confident IT skills, including familiarity with MS Office and booking systems.
• Professional and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Previous reception or customer service experience desirable.
