MIG & TIG Welder

Location: Leicester
Salary: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG & TIG Welder to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing company based in Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder who has experience working with stainless steel and aluminium and is looking for a permanent role with a growing and reputable business.

The Role

• Carrying out MIG and TIG welding on a variety of fabricated components

• Working with stainless steel and aluminium to produce high-quality products

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

• Fabricating, assembling, and finishing components to required standards

• Conducting quality inspections to ensure work meets customer specifications

• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a MIG & TIG Welder

• Strong welding experience with stainless steel and aluminium

• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings

• Experience in fabrication and assembly

• Skilled in grinding, finishing, and using hand and power tools

• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
