Vacancy – Trade Counter Sales / Warehouse Assistant
Industry - Electrical Wholesale
Location – Barking, Essex
Working hours Monday to Friday 7.30 - 5pm - with Saturday mornings on a rota
Salary - up to circa £34,000 neg depending on experience + Bonuses

Rhodium Consulting is recruiting for a Trade Counter Sales / Warehouse Assistant to join our ambitious and successful client in the electrical wholesale industry.

The Role 
•    Serving customers at the trade counter efficiently whilst building a good rapport
•    Taking customer orders and quotes
•    Handling enquiries
•    To ensure any issues raised by customers are quickly resolved
•    Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleague
•    Other sales / customer service related duties as required.
•    Assisting with picking and packing items for dispatch
•    Loading the van for deliveries 
•    Carrying out stock checks 
•    General warehouse duties

The Person
•    Some experience in a trade counter sales role in the electrical wholesale industry
•    Good communication skills
•    Computer literate (inc Microsoft Office)
•    A hard-working team player with a flexible and helpful attitude
•    Friendly, articulate, customer focused
