Job Title:          Trainee Machine Operator – Corby

Location:         Corby

Pay:                     £13.50 per hour | 4 on 4 off | 12-hour shifts

Shift:                  Nights

4 on, 4 off

12-hour nights 1800-0600

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting in the operation of manufacturing machinery

Monitoring production lines for quality and efficiency

Performing basic machine maintenance and reporting faults

Performing some packing tasks as required

Following health & safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Good attention to detail

Reliability and ability to work as part of a team

No prior experience needed – full training provided!
