Trainee Print Operator (Flexographic Printer)

06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 Monday-Friday - rotating weekly shift pattern. 

Leicester - LE3 

£13.00 starting rate

Pay review after 12 weeks & further increases as you come become more skilled. 

We are looking for a Trainee Print Operator to join a client who manufacture labels for prestige brands across the Food & Beverage industry. 

This is a unique, trainee opportunity to receive hands‑on training in a short skilled industry. 

The job duties are summarised below 

• Prepare the print press for printing 
• Monitoring the press, replenishing ink and solvents
• Troubleshooting problems 
• Minimise waste 
• Quality checking products 

The question everybody is wondering.. What do I need to be considered? 

Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable however not essential.

Essential requirements below:

• A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn 
• Good communication and literacy
• Ability to accurately follow instructions 
• High quality standards
