Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Leicestershire (Office-based → Hybrid)
£26,000 – £27,000 + Bonus + Rapid Progression

What you’ll do as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Build relationships with candidates and clients through phone, email, and digital channels
• Learn how to consult, influence, and advise in a professional environment
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
• Work alongside experienced consultants while developing your own expertise

Package & career progression:

• £26,000 – £27,000 starting salary
• OTE £40,000 within 3–5 years
