ROLE: Loader
HOURS: 25 hours per week, 02:30 - 07:30 Monday - Friday
SALARY: £16.07 p/hr plus benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Loader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods onto transport vehicles, ensuring products are handled with care to prevent damage and that all loading activities are completed on time to support customer delivery schedules.

WHAT OUR LOADERS DO:

• Safely load and unload products from company vehicles
• Ensure all loads are secured correctly to prevent damage during transit
• Handle products with care, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
• Follow all health and safety procedures, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements at all times
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Work closely with warehouse colleagues, drivers, and supervisors to ensure efficient loading and unloading operations
• Report any product damage, defects, or operational issues promptly
• Complete all relevant loading and dispatch paperwork accurately
• Maintain clear and up-to-date records of loading and unloading activities
• Support stock accuracy by following established processes and procedures

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR LOADERS:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role could be an advantage
• Able to perform physical labour and manual handling
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
