We're working with an extraordinary SEN school in Cardiff that is looking for a Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist to join their team. This isn't your typical classroom role. Every day brings something new, whether that's supporting pupils through challenging moments, helping them conquer a new skill, exploring the outdoors, or finding creative ways to engage learners who see the world differently.
This role would suit someone with a great sense of humour, a calm head, plenty of patience, and a genuine belief that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.
The RoleAs a Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist, you'll work alongside experienced SEN teachers and behaviour support professionals, supporting learners aged 12–19 with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and complex behavioural needs.
Classes are small, relationships are everything, and no two days look the same.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
