To be successful you must hone prior experience as a Paralegal and be able to demonstrate your skillset seamlessly, having a background in Corporate Law is not essential but will be looked upon favourably. Strong attention to detail and time-management is key alongside outstanding organisation capabilities.

Duties will include:

• Preparing bundles as well as drafting documents.
• Support the Fee Earners.
• Liaising with clients.
• Providing administrative support as and when needed.
