Van Technician - Coventry 

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled Van Technician to join a reputable Main Dealership in Coventry. The position of Van Technician plays a crucial position in ensuring high-quality servicing and repairs of light commercial vehicles.

Duties as an LCV Technician:

• Conduct Servicing, Maintenance, and Repairs as a Van Technician
• Diagnose faults accurately and complete repairs to first-time fix standards
• Support the preparation and servicing of new, used, and loan vehicles
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency within the workshop team
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Keep precise and comprehensive job records and documentation

Requirements: 

• NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Van Technician within a Workshop or Dealership setting
• Strong diagnostic capabilities with the ability to identify faults efficiently
• Experience with Light Commercial Vehicles is highly desirable
• MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)
• Knowledge of Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Systems and VAG Vehicles (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence
• A team player with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
