Vehicle Technician – Rugby

Our client, a reputable and well-established dealership in Rugby, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work within a supportive environment, specialising in all aspects of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.

• Monday to Friday working hours with Saturdays on a rota (1 in 3, 8:30am – 12:30pm)

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

• Conducting vehicle servicing and routine maintenance to manufacturer standards
• Performing mechanical repairs efficiently and accurately
• Carrying out vehicle inspections and identifying necessary work
• Ensuring all repairs and servicing are completed in a timely manner
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting the workshop team to deliver excellent customer service and quality workmanship
• Assisting with additional duties as required to maintain workshop performance

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a busy workshop
• Strong mechanical understanding across a variety of vehicle systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Demonstrable capability to undertake all aspects of vehicle servicing and repair work, excluding diagnostics
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
