Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for a new opportunity where your skills are recognised and rewarded?
Our client is looking for a talented Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop in Halifax. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern dealership environment, with ongoing manufacturer training, excellent earning potential, and clear opportunities for career progression.
🔩 The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality workmanship while helping to keep the workshop running efficiently.
đź“ť Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete vehicle health checks and inspections
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards
- Accurately record work carried out and parts used
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver excellent customer service
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience
- Previous dealership experience is desirable
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
