Job Description:

Warehouse Maintenance & Project Coordinator – Leicester (LE19)

Ideal Recruit is looking for a motivated and organised Warehouse Maintenance & Project Coordinator to join a busy warehouse in Leicester (LE19).

What you'll do:

• Coordinate warehouse maintenance and equipment servicing.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors.
• Support warehouse improvement projects.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Help maintain a safe, organised workplace using 5S principles.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic formulas are an advantage).
• Organised, patient and eager to learn.
• Previous warehouse or maintenance experience is beneficial but not essential.

Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 16:30
Starting rate: £13.00 per hour (up to £14.00 per hour after probation, based on performance).
⏰ Flexibility for occasional overtime and weekend work is required.
