Warehouse Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement.
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently, and effectively while maintaining exceptional service levels for our customers. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team to achieve high performance.
• Oversee Goods In, inventory management and dispatch operations.
• Ensure stock accuracy through effective inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Maintain excellent dispatch performance, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Manage and optimise Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes.
• Promote and maintain the highest Health & Safety standards throughout the warehouse.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and operational alignment.
• Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs, implementing improvements where required.

• Goods Received and Processed Within 24 Hours

• Previous experience managing warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WM'S).
• A strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and operational performance.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practices within a warehouse environment.
