Warehouse Operative – FLT – 4 Day Working week

Location: Brigg, DN20
Pay: £15.21 per hour

Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, 2pm–Midnight

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business in Brigg who are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative with Reach and Counterbalance FLT experience to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative who is confident operating FLTs, safety conscious and comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials and stock around the site, loading and unloading goods and ensuring the warehouse is kept organised and running smoothly.

You will be required to operate both Reach and Counterbalance FLTs, so candidates must have previous experience operating both types of truck.

The role is based within a clean room environment, so attention to detail, good housekeeping and following site procedures are essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• A valid Reach and Counterbalance FLT licence
• Proven experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance trucks
• Good understanding of warehouse processes
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures and work within a clean room environment
• Reliable and consistent approach to work
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
