Warehouse Operative with Immediate Starts | Lutterworth (LE17) |£13.06 per hour | Monday to Friday | Weekly Pay |8-Hour Shifts | No Weekends | Free Onsite Parking

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for Warehouse Operative opportunities on behalf of a leading logistics provider based in Lutterworth (LE17). If you're looking for ongoing work with regular weekday hours, full training and a supportive team environment, we'd like to hear from you.

This Warehouse Operative role involves unloading containers, moving stock and preparing pallets for distribution within a busy warehouse operation.

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading large containers by hand
• Handballing stock from containers onto pallets
• Sorting and organising products ready for dispatch
• Shrink wrapping pallets securely
• Stacking pallets ready for transportation
• Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment

This is a physically demanding role requiring regular lifting and movement of stock throughout your shift.

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• Start times available:
  • 6:30am
  • 7:00am
  • 8:00am
• £13.06 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Ongoing work available

To be successful in this Warehouse Operative position, you will ideally have:

• Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience
• Experience unloading containers or handballing stock would be beneficial
• Good physical fitness and ability to carry out manual handling duties
• A reliable attitude and ability to work well within a team
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Please note, all applicants must be willing to undergo a basic DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
