Job description
Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm) - Magna Park, LutterworthOur client based at Magna Park, Lutterworth is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join their friendly and well-organised warehouse team on an ongoing basis. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term job security and the potential for a permanent contract following a successful probation period.
Pay Rate
- £13.89 per hour
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 14:00 - 22:00

Duties Include
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Handling and processing deliveries of heavy-duty goods, primarily tyres
- Moving stock around the warehouse safely and efficiently
- Working closely within a small warehouse team
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety
Candidate Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
- Comfortable undertaking heavy manual handling duties
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
