Job description

Warranty Administrator
Location: Maldon, Essex
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £28,500

Supporting our Agriculture and Construction divisions, you will manage warranty claims from submission through to payment, ensuring claims are accurate, compliant and processed within manufacturer deadlines. You will work closely with our branches, manufacturers and suppliers to resolve queries.

• Strong administration and IT skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A confident, professional and outgoing personality
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• An analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving
• Persistence and confidence when following up outstanding claims
• Good commercial awareness
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and develop
