Waste Management Supervisor

Job Description:

Questech Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of an Industry leading client for a Waste Management supervisor. This role offers great opportunities in an excellent working environment.

You will have previous experience working in a busy Transport / Fleet Department with experience of dealing with driver queries as well as managing/overseeing workers.

This role would start through the agency initially then you can apply for the Perm job while working in the role through the agency.

Role:

• Liaising with company drivers and external drivers for business clients.
• Supporting and overseeing the rest of the Transport office team.
• Arrange shifts and planned worked on site
• Deal with recruitment needs on site.
• Ensure the efficient running of site making sure all health and safety procedures are followed.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience overseeing members of staff / planning workloads
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.

The Hours

 Monday to Friday on a day shift, circa 40 hours per week. This will require working some weekends on occasions.

Rate of Pay

You will earn an hourly rate of £16 an hour.
