Weekend Car Sales Executive

Hinckley | Weekend Hours Only
National Minimum Wage + Uncapped Commission - £12.71 PER HOUR
Realistic OTE £25,000 - £30,000+ (Pro Rata)
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Weekend Sales Executives to join a busy automotive showroom environment with a high volume of customer enquiries and a large vehicle stockholding.

Working Hours

• Saturday: 10:00am - 8:00pm
• Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Flexible weekend availability considered
• Zero-hours contract

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
• Arrange test drives and guide customers through the sales process
• Promote additional products and services
• Follow up sales leads and customer enquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from enquiry through to vehicle handover

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience preferred but not essential
• Motivated and target-driven
• Confident building relationships with customers
• Professional and enthusiastic approach
