Job description

Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Front Door Team at Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.

The role focuses on outcome-focused assessments for adults with physical disabilities and age-related needs, with senior-level responsibilities.

Location: Town Hall, St Ives Rd, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1RF
Rate: £38.00 per hour

• Complete outcome-focused OT assessments.

• Assess complex physical dysfunction and equipment needs.

• Undertake moving and handling assessments.

• Recommend appropriate equipment and support.

• Work with adults to promote independence and positive outcomes.

• Provide senior-level support and professional guidance within the team.

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.

• Strong experience in adult social care or community OT.

• Excellent knowledge of complex equipment and moving & handling.

• Experience managing complex assessments and risk.

• Strong communication and multi-disciplinary working skills.

• DBS check paid for by Eden Brown Synergy
