Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 17:00

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Workshop Assistant to support our vehicle technician team with general shop floor organisation, cleanliness and hands on labour. The ideal candidate will possess a good eye for detail, take pride in their work and have the ability to pre-empt the needs of the workshop team and business as a whole. This role also offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills and learn on the job. You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and efficiency.

Duties Include but not limited to:

• Helping our team build and fit our custom coffee vans
• Assisting with basic carpentry and joinery tasks
• Washing and preparing vehicles for conversion
• Sorting incoming deliveries and putting materials in the right place
• Keeping the workshop tidy and organised
• Moving vans around the yard
• Occasional deliveries or collections in the company vans
• Learning to fit LPG systems and other components (full training provided)

Ideal Candidate:

• Some experience or interest in carpentry, joinery, or vehicle work
• Willing to listen, learn, and take direction
• Positive attitude and good attention to detail
• Reliable and takes pride in their work
• Must have a full manual UK driving licence
• Must be over 21 years old and have held a full UK driving licence for 2+ years (for van insurance purposes)
